The same responsibilities ran real-time platforms on complex event processing two decades ago, and they run cloud-native platforms today. Designing around them keeps a platform stable while the technology underneath it changes.

Proof of concept · 2026

Cloud-native fraud detection on AWS

An independent architecture and engineering proof of concept: a real-time fraud-detection pipeline taken from concept to a working cloud-native implementation, with an agentic AI review layer.

Event-driven pipeline

Transactions flow through Amazon MSK into containerised processing on ECS/Fargate, with state in RDS and orchestration through EventBridge and Step Functions, secured with VPC, ALB and IAM design.

Agentic AI review

An Amazon Bedrock layer investigates flagged cases. Validated end-to-end with over-limit, blocked-card retry and cross-border impossible-travel scenarios.

Everything as code

The entire AWS environment was provisioned with Terraform and deployed through GitHub Actions with OIDC federation, then torn down after validation to control cost.

Morava Software Consulting is led by Anil Kumar B., Founder & Principal Architect, with 25+ years in enterprise IT across NGO, BFSI, telecom and enterprise sectors, spanning integration, solution and platform architecture, and delivery, including 11+ years leading platform and integration architecture for a global NGO across multiple countries.
